was a great place to spread out and work on a project, the space is great perfect for hanging out making breakfast or crashing after a long day in kc, youre on the third floor apartment so definitely have to go up stairs, the place was comfortable and had easy highway access, it was clean and everything we needed was there, the apartment was very clean stylish and welcoming, very comfortable clean and well appointed, it's a nice quiet neighborhood and the flat was extremely clean and comfortable, responsive host and easy heck in/out process, easy walking distance to crossroads restaurants, we loved the close proximity to the downtown restaurants and shopping, aj's place is located within walking distance of good food and downtown attractions, for those that like nice amenities he provided plush towels name brand shampoos/conditioners toilet paper etc, nice touches and the single bathroom wasn't an issue for myself and two business partners, ryans place is a huge gorgeously furnished
